The first and easiest method is to use our online store. Once you have placed your jewellery items into your basket proceed to checkout and fill in your invoice information, then click Submit & Continue. At the Payment Stage you have the option of either paying online or use the 'Postal Order Form' which will have all the details of your order and contact information. This can be printed off and sent with your payment to us by post or call us & we can take payment over the phone. The 'Postal Order Form' is automatically emailed to us and we will have all the details of your order on record. We will always call or email you before work commences to confirm we have all the correct information.
Alternatively, why not pay us a visit at our studio in Leather Lane. We have the full range of signet rings and cufflinks for you to try on and you will be able to speak directly with the craftsmen who will be making and engraving your signet ring or cufflinks. You are welcome to just drop by or if you prefer call ahead.

Select the style of signet ring you require & what material you would like that in. Precious metals available are silver, 9ct, 14ct and 18ct gold in either yellow, white or rose gold. We can also supply platinum and palladium signet rings & cufflinks (cufflinks are not available in Palladium). Stone set signet rings are considered a 'Special Commission' and will be quoted on an individual basis. All the solid gold signet rings advertised are also available as stone set signet rings. Semi-precious stones available are 'Black Onyx', 'Cornelian' (red/amber), 'Lapis Lazuli' (blue with gold flecks), 'Bloodstone' (dark green-black with red flecks), 'Tigers Eye' (brown) and 'Sardonyx' (white engraves through to red or dark blue engraves through to black).
Once we begin work, stone set signet rings will take approx. 6 weeks to produce. If you require a style or size signet ring that is not shown, please contact us. It may take a little longer to create, but we can do it.

Alternatively, any high street jeweller will happily measure your finger for you free of charge. If the finished signet ring needs a slight size adjustment either up or down, we will do this free of charge. Traditionally signet rings are worn on the little finger of either hand. |

If you have the artwork already saved on your PC, the online order process does have a facility that will allow you to attach your artwork to the order. The supplied artwork does not have to be perfect. We can work from old drawings, photos, letter headed paper, wax impressions from previous engraved rings or even just a description. If you have confirmed which signet ring or cufflinks you require, we would draw up the artwork for you at no extra cost.

Delivery
Rebus offers FREE insured delivery to mainland UK. Delivery within mainland UK is carried by Royal Mail.
For international signed for services we will either use Fed Ex or Royal Mail Airsure. We will contact you shortly after you have placed your order to discuss your requirements and the pricing options Fed Ex and Royal Mail Airsure offer. All parcels will need to be signed for in person, so please use a delivery address where you (or the recipient) will be present at the time of delivery (usually a home or work address) or where someone can sign on your behalf.
Payment
You can pay using the e-commerce section on this website. Alternatively can take your payment over the phone using the following payment methods: Maestro (Switch), Visa, MasterCard, Solo, Electron, Connect and American Express. We also accept cheques or direct currency transfer. All prices are quoted in pounds sterling. The prices include Valued Added Tax, unless otherwise specified.
